Sport in Society's Leaders in Action offers leaders from every field the opportunity to fuse their own interest in sport with unique social, volunteer, and learning events.
Leaders in Action is a network of emerging leaders from throughout the Boston community interested in developing their leadership potential, establishing strong relationships with their peers and making a positive impact on the community.
Established in 2007, Leaders in Action was created as a response to a growing desire among Boston's young leaders to participate in the community in a fun and meaningful way. Sports may be the general hook, but what keeps the group engaged is our shared belief that we can make a difference while making friends and having fun. The group meets regularly for happy hours and discussions, volunteer events, sporting activities and leadership development/networking opportunities.
